DISCLAIMER – Fraudulent Use of Company Details
We have recently been informed of fraudulent activity involving the misuse of publicly available details of Vandemoortele Transport Solutions and its directors. These details have been used by external parties to issue fake transport orders under our name via falsified email addresses.
Please be aware:
· Vandemoortele Transport Solutions is not involved in these fraudulent actions.
· Our IT systems and mailboxes have not been compromised.
· The fraudulent emails are typically sent from malicious domains such as @vtsolution.be, info@vtsolutions.be, and similar variations, which are not linked to Vandemoortele.
· All legitimate communication from us is sent exclusively from @vandemoortele.com email addresses.
· Any messages from other domains should be considered fraudulent.
· The relevant freight auction platform has been informed.
· Actions have already been taken to block the domain vtsolutions.be.
· A formal police case has been opened (Type: Fraude en oplichting, Location: Politiepost Izegem, Dirk Martenslaan, 8870 Izegem).
